FOXOWL Legal Disclaimer & Media Use Policy
FOXOWL is an EDM and Pop/Rock singer-songwriter, artist project, and creative business operated by FOXOWL LLC. All music, recordings, lyrics, artwork, photographs, logos, graphics, videos, promotional images, press materials, branding, and other creative content connected to FOXOWL and/or FOXOWL LLC are protected intellectual property unless clearly stated otherwise.
Media Assets
Photos and other materials provided under “Media Assets” are made available by FOXOWL LLC only for approved press, media, promotional, editorial, booking, playlisting, or professional business purposes related to FOXOWL.
These media assets may not be used to create false, misleading, defamatory, or unofficial content, including but not limited to fake artwork, fake articles, fake announcements, fake endorsements, impersonation, misleading promotions, or content that suggests FOXOWL or FOXOWL LLC approved, participated in, sponsored, or endorsed something without written permission.
Media assets may not be altered, edited, manipulated, distorted, cropped in a misleading way, used in AI-generated content, used to train AI models, or combined with other images, artwork, logos, or text in a way that changes the original meaning or damages the FOXOWL name, image, likeness, brand, business, or reputation.
Music, Artwork, and Releases
All FOXOWL music, recordings, cover artwork, release artwork, logos, visualizers, videos, lyrics, and related creative materials owned or controlled by FOXOWL LLC may not be copied, altered, remixed, re-uploaded, distributed, sold, licensed, minted as NFTs, used in advertisements, used in videos, used in podcasts, used in games, placed on other streaming platforms, or otherwise exploited without prior written permission.
This includes uploading FOXOWL music or artwork to YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Spotify, Apple Music, SoundCloud, Bandcamp, Facebook, X, websites, file-sharing platforms, AI tools, or any other platform without permission.
No False Association
You may not use FOXOWL’s or FOXOWL LLC’s name, image, likeness, music, artwork, photos, logos, brand identity, or media assets in a way that suggests sponsorship, partnership, endorsement, collaboration, approval, or affiliation unless FOXOWL LLC has given written permission.
Permitted Press Use
Approved members of the press, blogs, venues, promoters, playlist curators, radio stations, and media outlets may use official FOXOWL media assets only in connection with truthful coverage, promotion, interviews, reviews, event listings, or announcements about FOXOWL.
Any use must credit FOXOWL and/or FOXOWL LLC where reasonably possible and must not misrepresent FOXOWL, FOXOWL LLC, the music, the artwork, or the purpose of the media asset.
Permission Requests
For licensing, press use, collaborations, commercial use, artwork requests, music use, sync licensing, or any other permissions, please contact FOXOWL LLC directly through the official website contact form or official FOXOWL business email.
Written permission from FOXOWL LLC must be received before using FOXOWL content in any commercial, promotional, altered, redistributed, or unofficial form.
Rights Reserved
FOXOWL LLC reserves all rights in FOXOWL’s music, recordings, artwork, photographs, logos, visual identity, name, likeness, brand materials, and related content. Unauthorized use may result in content removal requests, takedown notices, platform reports, and/or legal action.
Legal Note
This policy is provided for general protection of FOXOWL’s and FOXOWL LLC’s creative work, business, and brand. It does not replace a full Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, licensing agreement, or legal advice. If your website collects emails, sells merchandise, uses analytics, or accepts bookings/payments, you should also keep a separate Privacy Policy that explains how visitor and customer data is handled.
