Hello Again

'Hello Again’ is a song I wrote during a moment of deep reflection — a point where I realized that my own loneliness had become cyclical. It’s about reaching for someone, not because it’s healthy, but because in that moment, it feels like the only thing that can fill the emptiness. The song isn’t about romance or rescue — it’s about the emotional reflex of returning to what’s familiar, even when it hurts. Writing it helped me confront how often we mistake emotional patterns for connection, and how that need for someone else can sometimes be more about avoiding our own silence. ‘Hello Again’ is my attempt to stay honest inside that contradiction.”
